viola-theme is not navigated

I install October with viola-theme but when I select menu item, slideshow is moved but the content is not moved at all.

Is-it caused by javascript code used in One Page October Theme ?
Any suggestion will be appreciated.

It seems to be broken. The partials are not getting rendered into the HTML.
Therefore the links you mention can not work :(
