Description
The TimeLaggedInputTimeSeries Timestamp format only allows for a +HH:MM:SS@ or -HH:MM:SS@ prefix, and it would be great to have +yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss@ or -yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss to allow the time lag to match the User Interface of AQUARIUS Time-Series, and allow for a workflow required in France.
I would like to lag an InputTimeSeries by 1 year.
Through testing, it seems that the maximum lag is 14 weeks (input as '+99:00:00'). In the doc it says "If the time-lag exceeds a day, then a +d.HH:MM:SS@ or -d.HH:MM:SS@ prefix will be used." but the Provisiioning Tool does not allow a lagged input of "+ or -d.HH:MM:SS".
It is also unclear how to input a time lag of 1 day.
The input of +-24:00:00@ prefixes (note the fist two HH digits) created a series with a lag of 24 days; +-1:00:00@ created a series with a lag of 1 hour. +-d.HH:MM:SS does not work (I was hoping for -1.00:00:00).
