Use Award's Intro Text Setting in Reference Request Email

In emails that go out to references, include the award's into text setting (added in #16). This is intended to give the reference person some idea about what the award is and what the qualifications are for winning it are (e.g. "has shown great leadership ability", or "has shown outstanding service to fellow students", etc).
