Where is Uninstall entry? Why installation to C-Windows dir? Where is portable installation?

In order to evaluate Hard_Configurator I installed v7.0 on a Win10 system.

Why does it install into C:\Windows directory? This could be dangerous

I miss an uninstall entry

I miss a portable package which can be installed to e.g. D:\tools\config\HardConfigurator\

The %WinDir% directory is used intentionally. H_C is a home administrator tool to protect computers of inexperienced users. It would not be good if the child could easily uninstall H_C.

When evaluating Hard_Configurator, I recommend reading the help files and H_C manual. H_C can be uninstalled only from its GUI (Tools >> Uninstall Hard_Configurator).

I do not plan to make it portable (sorry).
