http-client.env.json not loaded to switch between environments

Even though the documentation states intellij support is enabled by default, the http-client.env.json is not loaded therefor no environments are found.
A closed issue promised to have intellij support enabled, but the code is not existing any more in the latest main branch.

Please check if there is something missing
