itkwidgets viewer not working #6
Description
I'm currently testing the "Playground 8: Segmentation workflows for filamentous structures" jupyter notebook and I'm unable to see the outputs of the different from the different workflows steps. Other than this, the code seems to work fine. I think this issue has to do with itkwidgets because I'm able to preview the image matplotlib.pyplot.
I'm super new to python so I'm not sure how to fix this problem. I've tried using the versions of all the packages in the installation instructions but that has not worked.
