Add hint message for hotkey #14
Description
The plugin should show up hint messages to clients for hotkeys used to scroll between playermodels and selecting it.
I've had a lot of players and newbies keep asking what hotkeys to use when they want to choose playermodels and we can't keep explaining to them everytime manually. And people will not read GitHub. It's better if there's a hotkey showing up what to use for convenient sake during ingame.
