4. sonar cloud check

1. create account in https://sonarcloud.io/
2. create organization key
3. import project, then get project key
4. stop atomic analysis: Administration > Analysis Method
5. set sonar rule, just check latest changed code: Administration > New Code
6. code change
   • create build.yml in github action
   • pom.xml
