Clicking 'Revisit Problems' errors out if you haven't previously added a problem

I'm actually having trouble recreating this issue @Ericesposito - i'm just getting an empty list when I use a previous user or a freshly signed-up user. can you describe the steps you took from getting into the app to getting this error?
