[Feature Request] - Add delay before taking screenshot AND add tabs functionality, please! #319

My apologies if this has been already requested (I couldn't find it) or if this is already working and I just don't know how to do it, and if so, please let me know.
The delay feature is quite obvious. Needed when I need to screenshot the info displayed while I place the mouse pointer over an "info icon", for instance; or when I need to screenshot a drop down list allowing me to select the drop down list area before it takes the screenshot (delay).
The tabs are a must IMO. Add more tabs (browser style) for every screenshot needed. That way you can have several screenshots at once (per tab) and grab the one(s) you need to compose an email for instance (this is the default Shutter app functionality, it just doesn't work anymore in Wayland, unfortunately).
Adding these 2 options it would make Gradia the perfect screenshot tool at least for me.
