Implement Simple Recording Mode #17
Description
With the changes in #16 it should be fairly simple to create new modes.
There should be a mode the user can use to just record their screen + audio so they are not limited to just shadow capture.
This mode should be simple to implement, essentially just writing the encoded frames directly to a file and writing the trailer on drop or save/exiting. Additionally it should have pause/play functionality.
