Enhancement: Add a loading spinner while image is being processed

Currently, when a user uploads an image for garbage classification, there is no visual feedback while the model processes the image. This can cause confusion or make the app feel unresponsive.

Suggested Fix

-Add a simple loading spinner or animation that appears when the user submits the image and disappears once the result is shown.

• Improves user experience
• Makes the app more responsive and professional
