Option clash for package xcolor.

I encountered the following error message when I compiled locally.
```
Package xcolor: Undefined color `TFFrameColor'.
Package xcolor: Undefined color `DodgerBlue3'.
Package pgfkeys: I do not know the key '/tikz/DodgerBlue3' and I am going to ignore it. Perhaps you misspelled it.
Option clash for package xcolor.
```
And the color of the chapter headings in the compiled documents is black.
