Code formatter/linter

The code formatter/linter should be able to be built into a standalone executable for people who don't use the LSP server.

Formatting and linting can be deceptively difficult,

Formatting might not be that bad, but would take a very long time.

And for linting, it would be possible, but the only problem is it wouldn't be very good (due to how the compiler is structured)

Which is why I plan on waiting to do this until Adept 3.x
