separate detail_value_ref #23
Description
separate detail_value_ref into two variables detail_value_ref and detail_value_display so we do not need to display the id everytime we are creating a link to the detail.
Also add option to completly remove this colmn (right now its automatically added everytime the entity has detail view defined.
