i wanted to ask if this is safe and if it doesn't use any malicious apps (Mutliple_roblox.exe), and if i'm not breaking the roblox Tos for using this so it's not bannable for my main

Mutliple_roblox.exe is used when you want to join a server with multiple accounts at the same time, it is not needed for creating the accounts themselves. My copy will be out of date by now so consider sourcing it on your own if you need to use it. As for its safety, I did not write it so I cannot give you any assurance but I have used it and it seems to function as expected so id say I'm 95% sure its safe.

This script probably does break some Tos so the risk is not zero however its not likely to cause you a problem unless you are creating thousands from the same IP per day. It has been tested with up to 320 accounts.
