Thoughts on a toggleable config option to hold back 17 rage for the battlerage shieldbreak abilities, when using the ragestrats? Or perhaps a new ragestrat pair for reserve and reservereverse? The idea is that it will only use the ability if you have the cost +17. #

If anything, I'd like to add another strategy. But I'm leaning towards creating a plugin that supplies those strategies and keeping the built-in list short.
