Auto pickup

Add the ability for auto pickup. This should have 3 modes:

• pick nothing up (default)
• Pick everything up that drops from the things you killed
• Pick everything up

Auto pickup of what? Just gold, or misc. items too?

Back then, I probably had shards and gold in mind, but shards got done away. Now I'd probably pick everything up.

But before you start this, I should probably sync my current WIP to github, where some kind of party system was started (iirc). This might help with the second option.

Right now I've added in gold and shards. Do you want me to change it so it keeps track of all dropped items and picks them up at the end?
