3 issues with the plugin

Hi,
thanks for creating awesome plugin. I love it!
But there are few issues I'd like to ask:
1/ Is there any way to stop admin vertical menu bar from collapsing after reloading.
2/ File locations and Tab are not saved after reloading.
Could you pls help me how to resolve the 2 issues above?

you should raise each issue in a separate thread
