File Not opening in WP 4.9.2

Can you please figure-out why Ace IDE not opening any file in WP 4.9.2 but WPide working fine.

Sorry for the very delayed reply, I am only just seeing this. Is this continuing to be an issue for you? I can't see any issue in 4.9.7, and don't have access to a 4.9.2 installation.

This happened to me after I installed iThemes security plugin because it disables file editor for security.

Check if you have a similar plugin that disables file editor. then you can change this option in the plugin settings to let you use the editor.

There is a manual override in the way of a filter. Try the following in your plugins directory:

 * Plugin Name: AceIDE bypass DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT
 * Description: Allows us to manually enable AceIDE, despite DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT
 * Author: ghost
 */

apply_filters( 'aceide_override_disallow_file_edit', '__return_true' );
