The depth of the shelf is too long, 24in, whereas the depth of the cabinet is 21in. The width is fine though

We'll need to get a new shelf. Maybe return the old one.

The back panels still need to be installed regardless (at bottom of picture)

EDIT: ordered https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/7064N113. The distance of the attachment in the cabinet is adjustable, as long as it's not longer than the max distance.

@pranshu-ui the shelf got delivered. Could you work on installing and take a video of it sliding in and out? If you need a second pair of hands, it can wait until afternoon.

Unfortunately we'll still need a shelf that's shorter in depth. This one's just an inch too long. Installation will need the back panels removed as well.

We can't bring it to the front unless we take off the back panels. The back panels are attached to the opposing black supports.
