Customers have to talk to a rep to order Fiber or Cable Internet from us.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should pull in data from the FCC Broadband Map as a baseline, then augment that with the monthly export of fiber enabled addresses we get to allow our clients to order Fiber, Cable and other types of internet they would like.
For Astound and Ziply, we can offer our standard rates at addresses listed for their service. Our unique value proposition for each should be emphasized as well.
How will this improve revenue or reduce our costs?
This will reduce sales friction and speed implementation of potential sales to actual sales.
