i just tried buying the "Unburied Aspirant's Cloak Rack" (id: 223639) which has a note saying it's broken. but i actually got 6 mogs from it just now

I don't even see this ensemble on the vendor, so it's still bugged in many ways. The second one does not work at all after using it.

looping back on this, i can confirm if you've bought & learned the blue quality cloak item it no longer shows up
