It is not currently possible to run tests using the GPU on GitHub.
Describe the solution you'd like
We should set up a server infrastructure and configure the GitHub workflows to run GPU-based tests on this infrastructure.
Technical details
We must consider GitHub secrets to ensure secure keys are not openly available in the repository.
