Similar issue was found #512, but now I am able to see the same with ACS 3.1.0 and latest CI built: 35a8491,

Test Target

1. Radxa O6 + PCIe Gen4 M.2 NVMe Drive (ACS image is loaded on this boot device)
2. I can reproduce the same when ACS runs on USB key
