The N value in the stats does not show a change if the change is small #135
Description
Both of these should have a red cross on the N change, but only one does. We think that there might be a % change check on the stats that is incorrectly being applied to N, so a small N change on a big number doesn't look like a change.
This was an existing bug in POStats and is in both the old and new systems.
