Strange behavior under WSL #2
Description
I've built the source inside Windows Subsystem for Linux (the Ubuntu app from Store) and ran it with latest languagedata_ru.loc. The output file size was 2 bytes with no error messages. The 2.1 Windows binary however works fine with the same input file. Maybe direct the users straight to binary download in the readme?
