add schema.org data to head of view page

the croissant format can also be used for schema.org (or a smaller version of it). Use the code to create a schema.org compatible document and insert it into the head of the view page.

Maybe add /dataset/ld as one more endpoint that returns the application/json data that can be included in the header of the view dataset.
