Benchmark support for NVIDIA Flare

I really liked your [UniFed paper](https://arxiv.org/pdf/2207.10308.pdf), which captures an excellent synthesis assessment criteria and comprehensive benchmark for the Federated Learning frameworks.

Would you have any plans to include **NVIDIA Flare** in your benchmark analysis?
