Enhance feed algorithms

Currently, feed algorithms only look to match user's categories. While not exactly terrible-horrible-unsalvageable, i do believe it is not enough past the v1/demo stages, and the client should have vastly improved logic, together with randomness. The server functions probably need work to be able to assimilate more search settings
