Phone calls lock screen

Hello,
I'm using the Pocket Mode app on a Motorola edge 30 with android 12.
I gave full permissions to the app, but everytime I'm in a call, the screen locks. I've tried different setups: ambient display on/off, permissions on/off, different delay times for the screen locking. I restarted the phone each time to be sure the changes were effective. Does anyone experience the same issue with this or other phones?
