5ET-1319 Update the error handler #1377

Information
Is it possible to update the error handler to just disable any hombrew that causes an error.
Who would use it?
Everyone who uses homebrew on the site.
How would it work?
If while loading a particular homebrew causes the crash delete it or disable it. Atm i have to read error logs and do this by hand. It can still take multiple loads but each time disable the homebrew that failed to load.
Why should this be added?
This would allow for additional homebrew materials to be uploaded and discovered without users being afraid if I import all I am going to be spending the next hour figuring out which modules are causing the crash.
