5ET-1359 Toggle to sort sources by date

In the filter menu, book sources are shown alphabetically, though in some cases/for some people, it may be easier to sort through them from new to old (or old to new), such as when one wants to check out what the newer additions are.

I suggest a toggle be created (either in the filters menu or site-wise through Settings > Preferences) to allow this kind of sorting.
