PLUT-552 Add advancements to all the things¹ in the brew schema! #1367

Information
This is kind of a 5et request, but it’s only relevant for Plut anyway. And it is somewhat the counterpart of my request to add advancements to the official content; though this one here would not do anything by default, just allow brewers to use them. Would be nice if the importer handled advancements on, well, everything¹ really.
¹ including, but not limited to: class features, subclass features, items, feats, backgrounds, races species, …
Who would use it?
