5ET-1347 Add "Initiative Tracker Creature Viewer (Image)" to DM Screen Special tab

I love being able to see the stat block of a creature during combat on the initiative tracker, but would love also to see the image of it as well when its using the local/remote tracker. Having another screen for the lone image of the creature would be great when it is that creatures turn in the initiative.
