Add Board Theme Selection to Settings #85
Description
Requesting that the board theme selection (yostuba, yotsuba b, futaba, etc.) be added or moved to the settings menu. It seems like it would make sense to have it among all the other customization options--at least in addition to, if not instead of, the normal location.
