If the username tag is accidentally removed from a file, control of it is lost. You can't delete, it or modify it.

I would recommend assigning files to users using a completely separate field from the tags field.

The original idea behind users-as-tags is that file ownership transfer is possible via adding another user while removing your own. I will fix it later so that at least one user tag should always be present. If others think that users and tags should be separated, maybe I will change that in the future.

The latest commit now checks for the tags of the updated file. If no user tags are present, one will be added back - effectively preventing this from happening.
