In `TypeaheadSingle` the 'onChange' is triggered twice in some scenario's

In TypeaheadSingle the 'onChange' is triggered twice instead of once when typing the word fully yourself (so not selecting it from the dropdown).

In the video below you can see this behaviour. This is a situation where a console.log is put directly inside of the onChange (so it's a pure 42UI component).

I have not checked if it still exists on 5.x.x.
