Auto-update with new releases

Is it possible to auto-update these packages for each new release pushed to the 3scale_toolbox repo?
Alternatively, can we ensure that these are manually updated soon after the 3scale_toolbox repo has a new release?

Definitely it is possible. But, honestly, the effort is too big (specifically for the windows package)

The latest package is built for 0.16. Latest release is 0.17. So, let me update manually ASAP.
