Get this error every time I try to use plan mode.

Might relate to subagents, it typically happens while subagents are running, they change to "subagent interrupted" once the error toast appears.

input: accumulatedToolInput ? JSON.parse(accumulatedToolInput) : {},

endToolInput() is called in many places (text block transitions, new tool starts, result handling, stream end). When a subagent is interrupted mid-stream, accumulatedToolInput contains a partial JSON string from input_json_delta chunks that haven't finished arriving. JSON.parse() on truncated JSON throws "Unterminated string in JSON at position 56".

This error propagates up to the stream's catch block at claude.ts:1697, which categorizes it as UNKNOWN — matching the user's error exactly.

Fix: Wrap the JSON.parse in a try/catch:
