iis suddenly removes module in iis manager

so i added it on windows server 2022 and it worked fine but after a while the IIS registration backdoor module that i created was deleted by itself i don't know in event viewer there was no error whatsoever .dll backdoor was still there but the module that i added suddenly disappeared and didn't persist. is there any solution?? help me
